Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to develop and manage estimates, schedules, and cost control while supervising subcontractors and ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on complex projects.

The role includes overseeing billing, change orders, and project startup activities, with regular coordination with senior leadership. The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage costs against estimates, and travel to client sites and offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in the construction field or related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in project engineering, construction project management, or related activities, with exposure to large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops and manages estimates, schedules, and cost control for projects.
• Oversees billing, change orders, and subcontractor performance to ensure on-budget delivery.
• Directs project start-up, coordinates with project team, and communicates progress to executives.
