Alberici, a North American construction company, seeks an Assistant Project Manager to oversee estimates, budgeting, and cost control on complex projects. You will supervise subcontractors, track progress, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance under the guidance of a Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or related field.
• 3–6 years' experience in project engineering or construction project management.
• Exposure to moderate scope projects and ability to manage cost, schedule, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage estimates and budget; monitor labor productivity and costs.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and oversee change orders and billing processes.
• Coordinate project startup, scheduling, and risk management with project team and client.
