Job summary

Alberici Constructors is seeking a Project Manager to develop and manage estimates, oversee the billing process, and supervise subcontractors across North America. You will monitor costs, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and coordinate start-up and scheduling to meet contract obligations.

The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced construction environment, a focus on safety, and the ability to travel as needed to project sites and offices.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, updates, distributes and manages estimates.
• Oversees change orders and billing; supervises subcontractor performance.
• Ensures project meets quality and regulatory requirements.
• Reviews costs against estimates and updates labor productivity reports.
• Manages project start-up and plans to meet client time requirements.
• Develops a detailed schedule with milestones and a critical path.
• Ensures billing is accurate and timely; monitors accounts receivable.
• Travels to offices and client/subcontractor locations across North America.
