You will mentor junior staff, coordinate with owners, design partners and subcontractors, and drive CPM scheduling, risk management, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Five or more years of construction project management experience.
• Experience managing self-performed work scopes.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
• Strong cost control, scheduling and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Pursuit, preconstruction and business development activities to identify opportunities.
• Lead and manage project quality review processes.
• Develop CPM schedules in collaboration with field teams.
• Manage RFIs, shop drawings, and subcontractor changes.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Coordinate with owners, design partners, and subcontractors.
• Support project meetings and closeout activities.
