Job summary

Alberici is seeking a Project Manager to lead budgeting, scheduling, and oversight of complex North American construction projects from our St. Louis area operations. You will manage estimates, supervise subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time and within budget while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to coordinate with field teams, clients, and vendors on site. Travel across North America may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering or construction project management.
• Willingness to travel across North America up to 85%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project estimates and budgets.
• Create and maintain detailed schedules with milestones and critical path.
• Supervise subcontractor performance and ensure timely billing and payment.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on projects.
