Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead large or multiple projects, overseeing planning, execution and closeout with strong cost control and client relations.

You will manage startup, scheduling, cost forecasting, safety and team leadership while ensuring alignment with project goals and company policies. This role requires a results-driven leader with extensive field and office coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a construction project manager.
• Professional degree in construction management, architecture or related field preferred.
• Detailed understanding of construction project sequencing and scheduling.
• Advanced understanding of drawings, specifications and constructability.
• Ability to negotiate, write and execute all subcontract agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of startup, management and closeout of a project.
• Ensuring optimal communication among the project team, subcontractors, client, and design professionals.
• Participate in preconstruction with development of the Project GMP by performing constructability reviews, logistic planning, schedule development and defining scopes.
• Oversee development and updating of the CPM Project Schedule with Project Superintendent and staff, ensuring adherence through contracting, permits, procurement, planning and sequencing.
• Manage document control and admin requirements, including submittals, RFIs, ASIs, minutes, daily reports and photo documentation.
• Lead the buy-out phase, ensuring contracts are drafted, negotiated and executed within 30 days of handoff.
• Analyze and forecast project costs, identify overruns and savings, implement cost control and manage budgets.
• Drive a project safety program and culture through coaching and safety inspections.
