Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the United States to lead construction projects from planning through closeout. The role demands strong scheduling, cost estimation, procurement, and safety oversight, with responsibility for coordinating among field teams, clients, and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, schedules, and document controls while ensuring quality and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of Division 6, 10, 12, 32 construction.
• Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Experience with planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Proficient with software: MS Office, Digital Takeoff programs, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, AutoCAD, MSP and Timberline.
• Strong understanding of project safety requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Ensures optimal utilization of resources and procurement at favorable terms.
• Communicates effectively to resolve conflicts among stakeholders.
• Manages project estimating including changes.
• Maintains document controls both in office and field.
• Collaborates with accounting on project accounting tasks.
• Ensures progress aligns with the schedule and budget.
• Plans and revises project work plans as needed.
• Maintains status meetings with field staff and reports weekly.
• Drives constructability issue resolutions and site safety.
• Assists with procurement and subcontractor management.
