Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, cost management, cost estimating, scheduling, submittal/RFI procurement, document control, constructability resolutions, and safety management.

You will lead project teams, coordinate with field staff, clients, and subcontractors, monitor progress, manage budgets, ensure quality and safety, and report weekly on status while keeping projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• High degree of construction knowledge and analytical skills preferred.
• Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Experience with project planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Proficiency with PC and software including MS Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project and Timberline.
• Understanding of project safety importance and quality control.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Ensures proper document controls in office and field.
• Manages project accounting functions and procurement.
• Communicates with field staff, clients and sub-contractors.
• Maintains budget, quality and safety standards.
• Attends weekly project meetings and reports status.
• Travels as needed to support the organization.
