Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of construction projects in the San Diego area. You will oversee planning, scheduling, cost control, and procurement, while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across teams and site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing estimates and submittals, and maintaining rigorous document controls. Travel to project sites, client meetings, and coordination with field personnel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Digital Takeoff, Bluebeam, Onscreen Takeoff, AutoCAD, MS Project and Timberline.
• Strong emphasis on project safety and quality.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to wear multiple hats (PM/APM/Asst. Est./Asst. BIM) and travel as needed.
• Construction knowledge in Division 6, 10, 12, 32 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Ensures optimal utilization of resources and procurement at cost-effective terms.
• Develops communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among stakeholders.
• Manages project estimating including changes.
• Maintains document controls in office and field.
• Collaborates with accounting on project accounting functions.
