Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Division 6, 10, 12, 32 construction and analytics.
• Read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Experience with project planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Proficient with PC software including MS Office and takeoff tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Manages project estimating including all project changes.
• Ensures safety and quality standards on site.
• Communicates with stakeholders and leads weekly meetings.
