Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a broad spectrum of construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement, and safety compliance to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results.

The role requires strong communication, team leadership, and the ability to coordinate with field staff, engineers, and clients across multiple sites. This position is on-site with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management.
• Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Robust experience with project planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Proficiency with PC and software including Microsoft Office, Digital Takeoff, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, MS Project and Timberline.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Ensures optimum utilization of resources including labor, materials and equipment.
• Develops effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among stakeholders.
• Manages project estimating including all project changes.
• Ensures proper document controls in office and field.
• Travels as needed to support the organization.
