Job summary

You will coordinate with field staff, clients, and subcontractors, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to read and understand project plans and specifications.
• Robust experience with project planning, forecasting and cost estimating.
• Excellent communication, organization and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the construction project from start to finish.
• Develops project schedules and labor plans.
• Ensures optimum utilization of resources and procurement at favorable terms.
• Communicates with field staff, managers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Maintains budgetary guidelines and safety standards.
• Leads weekly project meetings and status updates.
