Job summary

Liberty is seeking a Senior Project Manager to coordinate resources, schedules, budgets and contractual requirements for construction projects nationwide. You will oversee risk management, approvals, and documentation while leading a team of field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will maintain strong client relationships, ensure compliance with project documents, and facilitate effective communication across owner, design teams and trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or applicable discipline.
• 5+ years of concrete or related experience.
• Excellent business judgment with profitability objectives and strong project close-outs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in contracts and provisions.
• Ability to analyze financial trade-offs and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Liberty Field Supervision, Subcontractors and Vendors to align with the Project Schedule.
• Represent Liberty with Clients, Architects, Consultants, Authorities, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer financials of Owner contracts, subcontracts and purchase orders.
• Build strong relationships with clients and project team members.
• Oversee project start-up, schedule validation, safety planning and change management.
