Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects as the main point of contact for owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

You will oversee budget, schedule, risk, and safety while guiding project teams through the full lifecycle. This role requires a minimum of 10–15 years in construction, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, and proficiency with Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6, and Procore.

Qualifications

• The candidate has a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture.
• OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• 10–15 years of construction project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
• Oversee budget, schedule, risk, and safety across project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with field supervision and vendors to meet the project plan.
• Mentor staff and provide formal evaluations on performance.
• Develop client relationships to generate new opportunities.
• Support preconstruction activities and cost reporting.
