Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and serve as the primary corporate representative for all stakeholders, from Owners to subcontractors. You will oversee the project life cycle, including budget, schedule, risk, and safety, while driving customer service and profits.

The role also involves advancing a Raving Fans program, supporting business development, and participating in marketing initiatives, proposals, and interviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture preferred.
• 10–15 years of construction industry experience in project management or similar role.
• OSH 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Proficient with cost/scheduling/construction management software (Timberline/Sage, Primavera P6, Procore).
• Knowledge of PM, APM, PE, Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with the project schedule.
• Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Manage all financial aspects of the project including owner contracts and subcontracts.
