Job summary

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and serve as the main corporate representative for stakeholders. You will oversee budgets, schedules, risk, resources and safety while supporting business development and client relationships.

The role requires 10–15 years in construction PM, a relevant degree, and familiarity with tools like Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6 and Procore. Full-time, based in Boston, MA.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 10–15 years of experience in construction project management or similar role.
• OSH 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
• Knowledge of cost management, scheduling and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors and vendors to meet the project schedule.
• Represent Consigli with Owners, Architects, Consultants, Vendors and Subcontractors.
• Administer all financial aspects of the project including owner's contract term and subcontracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and project team members.
• Manage multiple projects based on size, complexity and type.
• Coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget and schedule.
• Mentor staff and provide formal evaluations of team members.
