Job summary

Consigli Construction Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Project Management division to oversee large, complex projects as the primary corporate representative for owners, OPMs, developers, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

The role manages budgets, cost, schedule, risk, resources and safety, and supports business development through networking, proposals and interviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or architecture preferred.
10–15 years of experience in construction project management or similar role.
OSHA 10 and OSHA-30 preferred.
Proficiency with cost/scheduling/CM software (Timberline, Primavera P6, Procore).
Knowledge of PM/APM/PE roles and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and communicate with field supervision, subcontractors, and vendors to align with the project schedule.
Represent Consigli with owners, architects, consultants, vendors and subcontractors.
Administer financial aspects, contracts, and subcontracts.
Build relationships with clients and project team members.
Manage multiple projects for size, complexity, and type.
Coordinate with field staff on goals, budget, and schedule.
Mentor staff and evaluate performance and progress.
Oversee training and professional development plans.
