Job summary

Consigli Construction is seeking a Project Manager in Boston, MA to serve as the main contact for Owners, Architects and Subcontractors. You will oversee the full project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, risk and safety, while driving quality and client satisfaction.

The role requires 5+ years in construction PM, a related degree, and PM software proficiency (Timberline, Primavera P6, Procore). OSHA training is preferred; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• 5+ years construction industry experience in PM or similar role.
• OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 preferred; familiarity with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact and corporate representative for project stakeholders.
• Oversee project lifecycle: budget, schedule, risk, resources, safety.
• Lead meetings (OAC) and manage minutes; coordinate field staff.
• Manage subcontractors, change orders, RFIs, submittals and deliveries.
• Monitor finances, invoicing, and cash flow; forecast budgets.
• Support business development through networking and proposals.
