We are seeking a senior construction leader to oversee large, complex projects and/or multiple concurrent projects. This person will have significant autonomy over project execution, commercial decisions, client relationships, team leadership, and business development.
Lead large, complex construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
Own project cost, schedule, safety, quality, contracts, and overall execution.
Lead subcontractor strategy, negotiations, change orders, claims, and contract administration.
Manage relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and other senior stakeholders.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, APMs, Superintendents, and project staff.
Support preconstruction, estimating, constructability, risk reviews, and pursuit strategy.
Participate in client presentations, proposals, and business development; develop long-term client relationships.
Drive improvements in self-perform operations, resource planning, productivity, and project delivery.
Bachelor's degree with 5-15+ years of progressive construction management experience, including multiple projects managed as PM; or
5+ years of construction experience with a proven progression into senior project management.
Experience managing large and complex construction projects.
Strong understanding of commercial contracts, subcontractor management, and project financials.
Proven leadership of project and field teams.
Executive-level client communication and relationship management.
OSHA 30 required.
