Job summary

BlueTeam is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion. You will lead project teams, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Certifications such as PMP or CCM are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Supervise and mentor project managers, site supervisors, and staff; foster a collaborative work environment.
• Serve as primary client contact, provide regular updates, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop and manage project budgets; monitor expenditures; implement cost-control measures.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Implement and oversee quality control processes to meet company and industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
• Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management.
