Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Project Leader to oversee all phases of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and financial performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, including 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, safety and quality objectives.
• Directs project teams and partners with clients, designers, and trade partners to achieve strategic goals and operational excellence.
• Establishes project controls, risk management, and coaching plans; promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Reviews major project decisions with executives, ensuring alignment with DPR standards and contracts.
