DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery, develop a high-performing team, and manage risk and procurement for complex projects. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and stakeholder coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's in a related field, 7+ years in construction engineering or project engineering, and OSHA 30 certification familiarity. Competitive pay and health benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals by establishing expectations and coaching.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitors progress, and addresses complex issues to ensure timely completion.
• Approves procurement of materials and subcontractors, ensuring alignment with work sequences.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders leveraging project management experience.
• Evaluates performance, implements corrective actions, and reviews documentation for compliance.
• Partners to implement quality and safety programs and uphold safety standards.
