DPR Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery from preconstruction through closeout at Newport Beach and Pasadena, CA. You will guide project teams, partner with clients and designers, and ensure safety, quality, and financial performance.

The role requires 7–10 years in construction PM with at least 5 in leadership, and OSHA 30 certification is preferred. Starting pay ranges from $165,000 to $230,000 annually, with health and wellness benefits.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, including 5 years in a leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring delivery of scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Manages and directs project teams, including project managers, project engineers, and field operations staff, ensuring alignment with execution plans and standards.
• Reviews and approves major project decisions, including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments, in coordination with leadership.
• Leads project risk management and mitigation planning, ensuring compliance with safety and standards.
• Mentors and develops team members by providing ongoing coaching and feedback to strengthen leadership capability.
