Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee major construction projects from award to closeout in Orlando, FL. The role emphasizes safety, quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance, while collaborating with clients, designers, and trade partners to achieve strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership, plus OSHA 30 certification or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion, ensuring delivery of scope, budget, schedule, safety, and quality objectives.
• Lead project teams including project managers, project engineers, and field operations staff, aligning with execution plans and standards.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and targeted development plans.
• Drive risk management, mitigate issues early, and promote continuous improvement across all project phases.
