Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned project leader to manage multi-disciplinary teams in executing complex construction projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role requires coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to meet scope, schedule, and budget with high standards of safety and quality.

The ideal candidate will oversee financials, procurement, risk management, and contract administration, while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering or related field.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; completion within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals with growth plans.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress and addressing escalated issues.
• Oversees procurement of project materials and trade subcontractors as needed.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
• Manages project financials, contract administration, and risk management.
• Partners with the Superintendent to implement quality and safety programs.
