Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior execution leader to oversee multiple mid-size or large construction projects, ensuring delivery aligns with safety, quality, schedule, budget, and risk objectives. The role partners with field leaders and clients to drive results and strategic improvements across the project portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction project management, a relevant bachelor's degree, and OSHA 30 either completed or in progress within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project with alignment to scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Direct and support project managers and teams, guiding on complex execution challenges.
• Serve as primary escalation point for risks, client concerns, and contractual matters.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls and risk management.
• Partner with superintendents and safety leadership to ensure field presence and disciplined planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Mentor and develop project leaders through coaching and feedback.
