Job summary

DPR Construction in Orlando seeks an experienced Field Operations Leader to manage multiple projects, align with client objectives, and drive safe, on-time delivery across regions. You will lead field teams, optimize resources, and implement safety and quality programs to ensure excellence on site.

Work closely with project managers, trade partners, and Self-Perform Work leaders to achieve seamless project delivery and continuous improvement in field performance across the company's portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred; OSHA 30-Hour within 6 months of hire required.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
