Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; complete within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of multiple mid-size projects or a large project to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals.
• Direct and support project managers and teams on complex execution challenges and decisions.
• Serve as escalation point for risks, client concerns, and contractual matters.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and risk management.
• Partner with field leadership to reinforce safety and disciplined high-risk planning.
