Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking aSenior Construction Project Manager in Florida to lead from the field and deliver high-quality results. You will manage project teams, coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders, and own project outcomes from planning through closeout.

You will oversee risk, safety, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance, driving continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with DPR standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, related field or equivalent experience is required.
• 7 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or related field are required; 1-2 years in a managerial capacity preferred.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred; OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Leads, manages, and develops a team of construction project individuals to achieve exceptional performance and talent development.
• Oversees end-to-end project execution, monitoring progress, addressing escalated issues, and ensuring timely completion while maintaining safety.
• Oversees procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.
• Communicates project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders and implements corrective actions to achieve financial targets and mitigate risk.
