Job summary

T&G Constructors is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-profile construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will supervise project teams, coordinate with Operations Management, and maintain client relationships to ensure schedule, budget, and quality.

The role reports to the Director of Operations and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, 5+ years of project management experience, and strong leadership, negotiation,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project administration in collaboration with Operations Management.
• Set project-specific objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Maintain direct communication with clients and vendors to facilitate smooth construction activities.
• Monitor construction progress, budget adherence, and contract compliance in coordination with Site Operations Managers.
• Analyze and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Review RFPs, attend pre-bid meetings, and prepare comprehensive estimates for assigned projects.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and financial forecasts.
• Represent T&G in project meetings, negotiations, and client discussions.
• Supervise and support assigned Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Coordinators, and Site Managers.
• Continuously develop professional knowledge and leadership skills.
• Assist with business development activities as needed.
