Qualifications

• Four-year construction/engineering degree plus 5 years of experience in construction design, finance and management.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of corporate and industry practices and their impact on project activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Contributes to project objectives and policies with Operations, ensuring schedule and profit objectives are met.
• Maintains liaison with prime clients and vendors to facilitate construction activities.
• Monitors project through coordination with Site Operations Manager to meet contract, schedule and budget; investigates and corrects issues.
• Reviews RFPs, specs and drawings to determine scope and contents of estimates.
• Prepares estimates by taking off scope of work and coordinating estimating efforts.
• Represents the company in meetings and assists in negotiation/strategy.
• Oversees financial aspects of contracts and subcontracts to protect company interests while keeping client satisfaction.
• Assists in business development as required.
