GFT is seeking an experienced hourly Sr. Project Manager to join our Construction Services team.

The Senior Project Manager develops, initiates, plans, executes, controls and closes-out projects of moderate risk and complexity, coordinating across multiple orgs to deliver regional scopes and to market and develop business in line with the goals of the business plan. • Bachelor’s Degree required; PMI, PMP or approved equivalent.
• 15+ years of industry experience.
• Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to analyze and solve problems efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit decision (go/no-go) and development of proposals.
• Coordinate and manage multiple orgs to deliver scopes of service.
• Lead project kick-off meetings and manage resources to complete scopes.
• Prepare project status reports and maintain communication with stakeholders.
• Lead QA processes and manage costs, schedules and changes.
• Closeout activities and potential business development responsibilities.
