Job summary

Turner Staffing Group seeks a senior project director to provide administrative and technical leadership for a large, complex construction project. You will interface with clients, A/E teams, unions, and subcontractors, and oversee multiple projects through subordinate managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10-15 years of industry experience.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, policies and labor negotiations; strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total construction effort to ensure project aligns with design, budget and schedule.
• Plan, coordinate and supervise activities of all project personnel.
• Interpret policies and maintain official project logs and documentation.
