Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in a demanding environment. You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and suppliers to keep projects on schedule and within design standards.

The role requires 5–7 years of PM experience, strong Excel/Procore usage, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with clear reporting and governance practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–7 years of project management experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong organizational and collaborative skills with the broader team.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Analyze, track, and manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slips.
• Ensure governance, processes and systems are applied consistently.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Forecast and update key project milestones and manage design teams.
