Job summary

Flintco, LLC in Loveland, CO, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark construction project. You will coordinate Flintco, owner representatives, subcontractors, architects and engineers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires a strong track record in large-scale construction, with CMAR/Design-Build familiarity and extensive leadership in a team-driven environment. This on-site position offers growth and a path to broader responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10 years of progressively responsible experience in construction management, including estimating, project scheduling and control.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading commercial, institutional, or public construction projects valued between $50 million and $150 million; CMAR/Design-Build experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review preparation and culmination of project estimates and bids and collaborate with management in selecting and assigning project personnel.
• Review the selection of subcontractors and completion of contract arrangements and review proposed materials and shop drawings from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review with project personnel the preliminary project schedule and when appropriate the detailed project schedule.
• Ensure that all project management prerequisites are prepared and submitted to the architect and properly administered.
• Monitor construction activities, resolve problems and issues, and keep upper management informed.
• Ensure punch list completion and submission of closeout documentation.
