Job summary

McKinstry is hiring an Operations Manager for SPG Mechanical in Seattle, WA. You will lead all construction project activities, ensuring customer and employee satisfaction while achieving profitable outcomes.

Collaborate with business development, field teams and other units to secure work aligned with McKinstry capabilities and plans. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, forecasting and strategic thinking, with 15 years' experience and a BA/BS in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Fifteen (15) years of associated experience required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Project; SharePoint preferred.
• Ability to create pro-formas, budgets and revenue forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of construction projects within the SPG Mechanical division.
• Ensure customer, employee satisfaction and profitable outcomes at an operational level.
• Collaborate with business development, field and other units to win work.
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance across active projects.
• Develop and manage departmental operational plans and goals.
