Job summary

McKinstry is seeking an Operations Manager to lead all aspects of construction projects in Seattle, WA. You will drive customer and employee satisfaction, oversee budgets and forecasting, and collaborate across business units to align with McKinstry capabilities and plans.

The role requires a BA/BS in a relevant field and 15 years of experience, with strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in relevant discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Fifteen (15) years of associated experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project; SharePoint preferred.
• Ability to create pro-formas, budgets, revenue forecasting and manage to stated budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of construction projects to ensure client and employee satisfaction and profitable outcomes.
• Develop budgets, forecast revenue and analyze financial results.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and resolve delivery bottlenecks.
