Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Conshohocken, PA is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract to support EPC project managers from pre-construction through warranty.

You will oversee safety, quality, schedule and cost, manage contracts and subcontractors, coordinate with clients, and drive risk reviews and procurement.

Required: Bachelor's in Construction/Engineering and 7 years of PM experience; strong communication, organization, and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering or related field required.
• 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure successful execution of projects.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule and cost control across multiple projects.
• Negotiate contracts and subcontracts; coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Develop project plans, risk reviews, procurement plans, and staffing provisions.
