Lever, Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC Project Managers in overseeing construction from pre-construction through warranty.

You will manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across multiple projects while coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff. The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in related industries, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office and project management software.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in construction management or program management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to safety programs, trainings, and policies and promote health performance.
• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for one or multiple projects.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, cost development, and objectives.
• Develop client relationships and interface with clients on proposals and project items.
• Negotiate prime contracts, CM contracts, subcontracts, and change orders.
• Review project reports including budgeting and cash flow and present to management.
