Job summary

ESPO Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead EPC/Construction projects across multiple sites in the US, including Pittsburgh, PA. You will supervise safety, schedule, cost control, and quality from pre-construction through warranty, interfacing with clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of PM experience, strong MS Office and project software skills, and excellent communication capabilities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7 years of relevant project management experience in construction preferred.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of projects.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost control across projects.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders with primes, subs, and clients.
• Develop project plans, staffing, procurement, and risk reviews.
• Maintain client relationships and interface on proposals and project items.
• Coordinate with engineering for deliverables and documentation turnover.
• Review budgets, cash flow, and project status reports for management.
