Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Construction Project Manager for a 12-month contract to hire to support EPC projects from pre-construction through warranty.

The role requires leading safety, quality, schedule and cost control; managing contracts, subcontractors and suppliers; developing client relationships; coordinating with engineering; and supervising field staff to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; 7 years project management experience in construction.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and PM software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects.
• Plan, schedule, estimate, cost development, and establish objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships; handle proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts, subcontracts, change orders and risk reviews.
• Ensure safety, quality, progress, and financial audits; manage documentation turnover.
