Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in construction, construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant project management experience in construction.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations from pre-construction through project completion and warranty periods.
• Manage safety, quality, schedule, cost controls, contracts, subcontractors, suppliers, and documentation turnover on EPC/construction projects.
• Develop project plans, schedules, risk reviews, and client communications; negotiate contracts and change orders.
• Mentor team members and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Coordinate staffing, permits, and procurement; monitor progress and financials; report to senior management.
