ESPO is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Atlanta to support EPC project leadership from pre-construction through warranty. The role oversees safety, scheduling, cost control, and vendor coordination across multi-site teams.

You will develop project plans, manage subcontractor agreements, and drive timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance with policies. A senior PM with strong communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field with 7 years PM experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project documentation control.
• Experience with scheduling, cost control and PM software preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Able to handle high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and multiple projects as assigned.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, cost development, and objective setting.
• Develop and manage client relationships for proposals and project items.
• Coordinate risk reviews and collaborate with Legal for contract matters.
• Prepare scope, bid documents, and selection of subcontractors.
• Monitor budgets, cash flow forecasts and project reporting.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance across site teams and subs.
• Support documentation, procurement, and closeout processes.
