Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support EPC/PM efforts from pre-construction through warranty. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and cost control, and manage contracts, subcontractors, and client relations across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field with substantial project management experience in construction, strong communication, and proficiency with PM tools and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Construction, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, with 7 years of project management experience in construction.
• Substitution of experience for degree is allowed.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control, and PM software preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities and successful execution of one or more projects.
• Plan and schedule, estimate costs, and establish critical project objectives.
• Develop and manage client relationships for proposals and project items.
• Negotiate contracts and change orders; participate in risk reviews with Legal.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables and subcontractor management; ensure safety and quality.
