JE Dunn Construction Company is seeking a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute on assigned projects with some complexity. You will oversee material and equipment, support people management, and ensure documentation aligns with project goals for timely and profitable completion, in line with JE Dunn's strategy and values.

You will lead safety programs, manage field staff and subcontractors, develop work plans, coordinate site operations, and participate in progress and OAC meetings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Must have valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Experience with Lean principles is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Leads safety culture and ensures injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Manages staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates and manages project site care and control.
• Leads meetings and participates in progress/OAC meetings.
• Prepares and manages project schedule with Project Manager.
