Job summary

You will handle day-to-day project accounting, cash flow, forecasting, cost analysis, and internal controls as the primary financial contact for the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with minimum of 8 years of related experience in project or construction finance.
• In-depth knowledge of project accounting, billing, receivables, collections, and reporting procedures.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and company policies.
• Ability to read and interpret contract language.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project financial oversight and compliance from preconstruction through closeout for a large/complex project.
• Manage billing, receivables, and collections to optimize working capital and align with controls.
• Confirm contractual billing requirements and rates with owner contracts.
• Collaborate on budgets, forecasts, and cash flow models with project leaders.
• Lead month-end close, WIP analysis, and revenue recognition for the project.
