Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 10 years in project or construction finance.
• If not finance/accounting degree, must pursue accounting certificate or advanced degree within 1 year.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms and accounting implications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance, Accounting and Cost departments and mentor high-performing teams.
• Provide timely performance feedback and conduct annual appraisals.
• Develop and deliver training for department processes.
