Job summary

Turner Construction Company in Texas is seeking an Experienced Senior Financial Manager to lead Finance, Accounting, and Cost departments and act as a key liaison with Turner projects. You will ensure GAAP-compliant financial reporting and risk management across profit centers.

Reporting to the Senior Financial Manager, Operational Finance or VP Regional Controller, you will guide forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and process improvements while partnering with the profit center leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years in project or construction finance.
• Advanced accounting knowledge and GAAP experience.
• Experience with financial oversight, planning, and risk management.
• Proficiency with SAP and MS Excel; ability to analyze large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial reporting for profit centers.
• Lead a high-performing finance team and mentor staff.
• Advise on business decisions and long-range forecasts.
• Collaborate with profit center executives and general managers.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, IAS, and ERISA standards.
