Job summary

Consor seeks a senior leader to oversee a regional CEI group in Northern Florida, guiding projects from pre-construction through final acceptance. You will ensure adherence to contract documents, budgets, and schedules, implement rigorous document controls, and lead communications with stakeholders.

You’ll serve as project executive on multiple projects, perform CPM schedule reviews, and collaborate with regional leadership and corporate functions to pursue eligible opportunities for the area

Qualifications

• BS in construction-related field required.
• PE license and ten years CEI experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans/specs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CEI teams for DOT/municipal projects (roadway, bridge, utilities).
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, budgets, and schedules.
• Drive project communications and document controls with stakeholders.
• Serve as project executive on multiple projects and mentor staff.
• Perform monthly CPM schedule reviews and approvals.
• Coordinate with owner reps and contractors to resolve issues.
• Oversee admin staff for final estimate documentation.
