Job summary

Consor in Florida seeks an experienced regional CEI leader to guide a team across transportation projects from pre-construction through final acceptance. You will ensure compliance with contract documents, budget, and schedules while leading communications with project stakeholders.

You will manage CPM scheduling, provide guidance to project staff, and help identify profitable opportunities for the Florida CEI units. This role demands strong leadership and technical writing abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or related engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum ten years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional CEI teams in DoT/municipal projects (milling, resurfacing, intersections, drainage, earthwork, bridges, utilities).
• Ensure projects meet contract documents, budget, and schedule; implement document controls and QA measures.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders and lead meetings; communicate with owner representatives and contractors.
